Chinese Scholarship Fund
Together
with other lay mission groups, LCI is seeking support for the spring semester for four young lay Catholic leaders from China. These are faithful Catholics who are already working for the New Evangelization in China, leading monthly prayer groups for hundreds of Chinese and organizing youth retreats.
At LCI, these young leaders have the opportunity to study theology, to learn about the Faith in depth, and to meet live in community with other Catholics from around the world. Now we are seeking support to meet the costs of their studies for the spring semester.
With your help, they will be able to continue their studies at LCI!

Scholarships Needed
LCI has already received requests for scholarships from China, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and elsewhere for the 2009/2010 academic year. Please consider giving the opportunity of a lifetime to a young person from Eastern Europe or China! As Fr. Juraj Terek (LCI '96) has said:
It is not only urgent to have young leaders able to communicate well in English, but the Church needs young people to have the profound experience of Christ, which is found here in Gaming, so that they can bring back hope and faith to their local churches.
Support LCI Outreach
The Outreach program supports LCI graduates who are working directly for the Church in their home countries. A gift of $1000 covers the costs of a retreat in Eastern Europe.
